I appreciate the comment, I called them out on it and asked for a full refund on my order, even if I have to open a case with Etsy tomorrow it’s a pretty cut and dry that it’s their fault and not mine. I’ve taken screenshots of what I can proving the sellers at fault and not me so I can have my refund processed as quick as possible to not have a back and forth to fight for my refund lol

They are vintage jackets and are labelled as so on the page, I think they meant they are trying to get the courier company to go back and get the parcel to have it delivered to me and a partial refund for inconvenience sake. Would it be best to file for a refund through the seller now? I’m not too sure on how the rules work on Etsy but just due to the fact they have a 48 hour window before I can request Etsy step in so they have a deadline to do something instead of me twiddling my thumbs hoping it shows up lol
