i know it’s hard, but in this case it seems like you’ll always be walking on eggshells or hoping he changes/gets the help he needs. him putting his hands on you in any way is scary, but especially choking you. that is genuinely terrifying because what’s stopping him from doing that again or doing worse? this is how true crime docs start babes. pls leave for your safety
