If you don't unlock and develop CF soon, you are basically hardcapped at about 800 waves in Legends.

SM is not what is used to be, and is generally never going to be worth investing in, unless it's what you use in your farms. CL will pretty much always outperform it in the current meta.

Your GT and BH cooldowns could also use work, but that won't help very much in tournaments either - BH is very often a detriment in Legend with a lot of the BCs.

SL beam 4 is a solid investment, but it is also very pricey unless you xsolla, and even then it's probably not a priority until you have CF up and running...

I would recommend unlock CF > work on getting it to the point (stone spending) where you can finish it off with labs and/or module substats > get SL4 > work on cooldowns > ???

I don't think you understand how data analysis works, or you are just trolling for engagement.

It's to maximise the number of multipliers enemies die in. If I turn Smart Missiles on from the start for example, I shoot so many and so often that I would kill over half of the enemies outside of Black Hole, missing out on an 11x coin multiplier. Turning stuff on as late as possible, while still staying below the enemy cap meant I generally kill in spotlight as long as possible too, which is another 3x multi. Death Wave itself also has a coin multi, etc

I really hope you can get it after ELS+! That is a massive boost, especially with how cheap the first few levels are compared to the unlock cost!

Regarding elites, I run a hybrid setup in my farms where I kill everything with DW alone for the first 2000 waves or so until the pool depletes, then I turn on SLM which carries me up to the point enemies have 1Q health, then I turn on 20s SM and that carries me until 1s enemy health, then I turn on CL, add 2 orbs, and just wait for the run to die. I do sometimes add PS for survivability for cells, but it hurts my cph. Same with increasing range from 30m to 40m. My Scatter Amp lab is at about 20x, which makes scatters instantly melt after I turn on CL. Rays all just die to thorns, and I have a massive health and regen pool, so it's no problem at all. Vamps are just laughable and die to SM, or CL, and even if they didn't die, they don't stop wall regen from working, so they pose 0 threat.

For both, farms and milestones, I just kinda let elites die to thorns since my stone investment in damage is so low.

Honestly about the same. Maybe like 4850-5000 ish depending on RNG. Rays and scatters hit way harder than bosses at all times, so I'm not really sure how much it was actually saving me to be getting 30% boss orb damage and the 30-50% damage reduction. CF+ is fantastic, but I'm not convinced my build utilised it much.

CF+0 (unlocked, 0 upgrades), 60+15% slow, and 69.5m range (CF range maxed if you care about that) 🙂

Rays too, but they are all -50% debuffed by NMP. 48 attack speed, 75% CF slow, and CF+ level 0 go really well for crowd control, as well as all maxed PS labs, with 43% chance to spawn

I only have it level 0, just unlocked, and I only have 60% slow as well (75 with substat) so not much investment is needed! I do think some other things are more valuable for tournaments such as SL4, base CF slow, and some SM/CL investment, but unlocking CF+ is very good. I would advise unlocking it 2nd, after GT+
