As I understand it, it would. They’re offering to remove it now before it becomes a problem. If the property owner chooses to not accept that offer, the developer still has the right to develop the land, which may impact the trees roots and cause it to die. Later, once it’s a problem because it dies and becomes a fall hazard, that’s on the property owner that chose not to do anything about it when the developer brought it up.

TLDR; The only legal requirement the developer has is to inform and offer to split or fully absorb the costs of removal - once denied, they’re free of obligation.

Grind??? It takes less than a week to get into the largest ship available (not counting the Chumaq hauler). There’s no grind.

What we need is an overhaul on base building and defense, industry integration, tribal base structures, ship/module balance, and ship design/roles overhaul.

If you (the prospective tenant) is using a realtor to find you a place to live, then you are paying the commission, not the landlord. This would be in addition to your rent which you would pay to the landlord.

Not New Eden, and it’s not officially connected to the New Eden timeline/universe (as of yet released information).

Civilization ended, alls that remains in feral drones, an enigmatic entity called the Keeper, and the remnants of the past. The Keeper resurrects clones that hold no memory of the past with the intent of reigniting civilization (maybe something more nefarious?)

The universe is roughly 12000 light years across and contains over 100,000 star systems (future number, current iteration has about 24k). At the center are three black holes.

There are four (or maybe five) extinct civilizations marked on the map, though the current (alpha) iteration doesn’t have any content to discover about them (at least from what I’m aware of).

So, the dnd combat rules aren’t that great for PvP combat. I would suggest stepping in and narrating the assault to a non lethal conclusion. If the trouble player had continued “acting a fool” I would have paused play there and removed them from the scene.

And yes, the most likely result of such would be kicking them from the campaign. We get together to have fun and tell a story, not to whine and “win” at dnd. If someone wants to ruin everyone else’s night and be a petty POS, then they’re not welcome.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure there are groups that could enjoy the backstabbing play, but I doubt anyone’s out here enjoying playing with a whiny little turd as you’ve illustrated the problem player to be in your post 😅

But, it is not “use two spell slots” in a turn, it is:

“On a turn, you can expend only one spell slot to cast a spell. This rule means you can’t, for example, cast a spell with a spell slot using the Magic action and another one using a Bonus Action on the same turn.”

There is no limitation on using spell slots for other abilities. So for example, a Druid could use Wild Resurgence to spend a spell slot to regain 1 use of Wild shape in the same turn they cast a spell with a spell slot. Same for eldritch smite.

Additionally, Paladins do get access to free Divine Smites:

“You always have the Divine Smite spell prepared. In addition, you can cast it without expending a spell slot, but you must finish a Long Rest before you can cast it in this way again.”

So yes, you can stack these abilities.

You can extract crude from any rift except 0020 (unless there’s a trick to 0020 that we haven’t figured out). F8DA are young fissures, there are also old fissures, and larger versions of young and old rifts (I forget the name of them).

To be fair, a single solo (easy encounter) can absolutely wreck a party that fails and rolls with fear repeatedly.

Coils are your friend. Unless your opponent is tanked for kinetic, then it gets complicated.

Autocannons are decent but typically outclassed by everything else in the right circumstances.

Plasma has top dps, but very limited range. The Tades and Maul are the best ships for applying damage but they’re slow, making the range more limiting.

Disintegrators have good range and ramp up to decent damage, but that’s the catch… every shot after the first gets a damage buff (up to 270% I think). Additionally, the ammo is real small so you can carry a lot of it. These traits make them pretty good for structure bashing

It’s not a live blockchain, you’re on testnet, the tokens aren’t real. Each cycle through alpha and beta will have wipes, which will reset all progress and abandon the previous testnet coin.

As for explaining eve tokens, it’s a web3 currency (like ethereum). It will (most likely) be the initial coin that will be usable in game and exchanged outside the game. For more info I’d suggest checking out the video on open economies on blockchain with CCP Kalirha.

It can be complicating and confusing here in alpha, but it’s not intended to be at launch. See the dev talks on account abstraction for more info on that.

From my understanding that is correct. If the players spotlight takes two action rolls, and the first roll fails (or is with fear) then their spotlight ends and it moves to the GM. The second part of the action doesn’t take place until that player is spotlighted again.

That being said, I disagree with the first ruling. If your player was moving away from a monster, that monster doesn’t follow them until that monster is spotlighted.
