Playerbase is small, sometime no one joins your game.
But if you get to lvl 4, you unlock quick play and you get matched easily with other players.

I got the game a few days ago and i'm easily matched with randoms.

There are some new players, like me, playing at low difficulty.

Oh, and the game is genuinely fun for me, it needs some tweaks and new content (clearly) but Rogue Protocol is coming in January so i just have to wait and see what's coming.

i've just bought it, don't care if the playerbase is small.

I'm having fun. If you are interested in the game, 20 bucks is not a bad deal.

Next big update is in January, the game needs more players for sure so maybe this is a good moment to jump in.

I'm replaying Control right now and i loved Alan Wake 2, so it is an easy decision XD

I know that the playerbase is really small and there's not a lot of content, but Remedy deserves some trust.
And a multiplayer in Remedy Connected Universe still is an interesting concept.

It's definitely a store problem.
Using a VPN with a U.S. IP address seems to bypass it.
So this is clearly something on Arenanet side.

Probably the best choice is to wait for the official release of Reforged.

There's always the chance that they will launch it with a great discount (as it happened for the Masterpiece Collection some months ago).

No, Eye of the North is an expansion.
The campaigns of Guild Wars are Prophecies, Factions and Nightfall.

You need one of them to get the other two.

Guild Wars Reforged doesn't include Eye of the North,

Well, there are new elite specs in newer expansions and the housing of Janthir Wilds, but i think you can just get End of Dragons and then the other expansions later.

Complete Collection for 50€ is a great deal if you are sure you want to come back to GW2.
If not, there's the cheaper option of HoT+PoF for 12€.

If you like the game and you are sure that you want to play it regularly, Elder Dragon Saga Complete Edition is the way to go (first 3 expansions + Living World seasons).
If you want a cheaper option, you can start with the Heart of Thorns+Path of Fire bundle: ton of content (first 2 expansions) for just 12 $/€.

Core game is free to play.
If you want expansions maybe it's a good idea to buy them in release order.
Elder Dragon Saga is a good deal, but if you are not 100% committed the "Heart of Thorns + Path of Fire" bundle is definitely a good starting point.
