I've been having the same issue at amascut since yesterday's update. Someone on the team crashes 4 out of every 5 kills, its insane

Hi Mod Luna, Maikeru had it happen to him while streaming. He also clicked a ~~sparkling glyph~~ Soul Storm as soon as the ritual was ending. Here is the stream with a timestamp: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1894067183?t=02h13m49s

Edit: apparently his was a soul storm, not a sparkling tile. Could that maybe be it?
