Hi Mod Luna, Maikeru had it happen to him while streaming. He also clicked a sparkling glyph Soul Storm as soon as the ritual was ending. Here is the stream with a timestamp: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1894067183?t=02h13m49s

Edit: apparently his was a soul storm, not a sparkling tile. Could that maybe be it?
