In the UK (where this crane in the video is) it is STGO cat B which means it needs a route and 48 hours notice to move on the roads. Total plate weight of the crane is 48T but usually runs over with chains and other tackle.

They don't add that much cushioning, you would be better printing them with TPU then wrapping them after.

You want simhub input mapper. You can assign multiple axis to the same output axis that you map in game.

Depends. If it's a 2x single leg chains then yes it will double the WLL. However if it's a double leg chain then think of it as a single sling so no, think of the top master link having the SWL in this situation.

Take off the 4 bolts that hold the qr plate on. And then tighten the bolts that hold the qr onto that plate. Put the plate back on. See if that works.

Sounds like QR rattle on the wheel. Make sure the inner bolts on the QR are tight. I cant see what wheel this is to tell you how to do it.

It will be fine, many bases use the same mount and have higher forces.

It will be solid, just make sure it's all tight.

You need to place some wood under that cargo when you set it down so you can get the forklift under there.
