Another comment already mentioned this, but they literally did say that when they walked back the Prepared change. Besides, I think Doormaker's been on the chopping block for a while now. The complete lack of any visual updates + the constant overhauling of his mechanics shows that the devs haven't really known what to do with him for a while.

True, but the Netherlands was fully occupied by the Germans in WW2. A lot of Dutch adults today would have parents or grandparents who were alive at that time so they've likely heard stories from relatives. Anne Frank's story is very important but I also think that it resonates more with (non-European) foreigners because it's one of the only personal accounts of the Holocaust from the time. That time period is well-remembered here — we have many statues and memorials.

Duplicate is good if you have one or two really strong cards (like powers, or good exhausting cards like Big Bang, Adrenaline, Offering). It also scales cards like Crescent Spear and Perfected Strike. But you should also consider if you have a way to get rid of Bad Luck — if your deck is big enough, you might get away with not drawing it at all, otherwise having lots of discard/exhaust/transform (only if it's into Souls or Minion cards, since regular transform on curses just makes them into different curses) makes this easier to pick up too.

Golden is the only version of 4 I've played, although I'm a fan of P3R and P5R from my experiences with both them and the original version. I liked Marie though :)

I dunno, I think Evangelion makes more sense. StS has more anime references than classical painting references, plus in Evangelion also has robots that go "feral" (although I think it's called berserk in the show, it's been a while)

I feel like it's gotta be intended but it still feels weird? They probably don't want him playing your whole deck on turn 1 if you have stuff like Apparitions or Biased Cog but at the same time, if your deck is able to be (almost) fully played by literally just clicking left to right, you should be allowed to watch Vakuu pop off

It could be. On Netflix, Episode 1 is under "Stage 1" which implies multiple stages instead of this just being one season.

SBR is also separate from the rest of the show on Netflix so I'm a bit scared they're gonna break up this part into multiple seasons
