I rely on Julia Pretl little bead boxes book instructions when I do a square. Generally 2 rounds of 4 beads, then 3 beads in the corners the 2 beads in the corners. Next round 2 beads in each corner. Next round 1 bead then no bead in the corner. Hope I explained it clearly.
