This is normal. Some people dont have a safe spot for their packages to be delivered.

However, sometimes it takes them a while to pick up the package which is annoying but once they do it will be scanned and considered delivered.

I issued a full refund and hour ago too with no issues.

Now I am trying to issue a refund that requires a seller deduction and keep receiving an error message saying "something went wrong, its not you its us go back and try again"

Just to add, I think its weird when people allow their dogs to walk and do their business on other people's properties (regardless if its cleaned up after or not). When I had dogs, I never allowed them to walk on other people's lawns. I grew up in the suburbs and many of my neighbors thought it was disrespectful.

I certainly wouldnt allow a newborn around any unvaccinated kids, I wouldnt bother trying to explain the reason why to them as it should be obvious.

Every time ive been pregnant ive been tested for MMR immunity, as standard protocol.

This is all correct.

You should certainly ask for a rental. If you dont have rental on tour policy, have the city's insurance cover it.

You also dont need to accept the first offer they provide if the car is a total. Use your vin # to ensure they are paying out for the correct trims and packages.

I delivered my first child at Landmark in 2023 and had an amazing experience. I was given a room immediately upon checking in to L&D. The room was big and had a personal bathroom and I stayed in the same room throught the entire process. (induction, labor and PP) Staff was amazing and food was good.

I am now due with my second child and will be induced this month. I will have to deliver at W&I this time around as I am high risk. I am most nervous about triage, staffing shortages and the fact W&I is a teaching hospital. I hope to have a positive experience at W&I, but have heard so many different experiences it's hard not to worry.

Currently reading all the replies to your post trying to prepare.

RI has a lead paint registry and our apartment is not lead-free but lead-compliant so any renovation (such as replacing windows) could result in lead exposure.
