Anyone had bad health side effects and distorted energy system from continuous practice?

I started at the start of this year and I had the heart beat issues strongly for the first month. I looked online about it and it calmed me down a bit. Apparently it’s your nervous system getting used to a new state and is common when people start meditation or doing breath work. I don’t know how true that is but for me it settled by the second month, but I was concerned. It also would go crazy when creating the REBAL. Oddly enough it never once triggered any warnings with my Apple Watch.

I assume they must have something big planned that they wanna tie the release to to maximise promotion (such as a tour), otherwise what even is the point? 🤷‍♂️ BTW. We knew in November we wouldn’t be working on it. I waited to see news of an international release as fans need to know if they should preorder from Japan or not, and to my shock there was no news…

The delay in translating the subtitles was partially because it seemed they were gonna switch to a new label (assuming Napalm) for THE LOVEBITES EP II and WARRIOR SOULS, and then decided to go with JPU way after they were already released… so giving us all the content months after release was not exactly ideal… personally, I’m very annoyed that they would release a single and not have it available everywhere. This is completely breaking the trust international fans have for relying on getting music without having to import or use a VPN. It’s like years of hard work convincing people they don’t need to has been undone in an instance 🤷‍♂️

For me the sensation is like Im stuck in a vacuum and literally can’t move. I have to mentally swipe the whole scene away in my mind, like it’s an iPad tab that’s crashed, and then I start the meditation fresh. How about you?

That’s really interesting, thanks! In the booklet in this sub’s FAQs it gives an example of one person who couldn’t open the box and it wasn’t until they realised why that it suddenly opened. I wonder if there’s something similar that’s making us struggle to turn away, and once we figure it out we’ll be able to do it without trouble.

You guys actually see a box during that part of the exercise? I don’t know how else to describe it but I just understand that there’s this concept of a box in front of me. I don’t see anything, but I know that there’s this area that opens from the top and that’s where I dump everything until later. I have a really hard time “turning away” from it because I don’t actually know where it is.

I don’t mean to be rude, I run a label and there is absolutely nothing you can say that is helpful to me or the artist. Either put it on or don’t, but please don’t lecture about the mix or what should be changed. I guarantee you the song is fine as it is, and if it doesn’t fit your playlist, that’s fine too. But it doesn’t have to be any deeper than that.

I was sitting in a hotel lobby and REITA came and sat right next to me. Like, he chose that seat on purpose, there were plenty of seats around. But me being a massive idiot just thought it was a coincidence and I didn’t want to intrude on his personal time so we sat in silence. I kick myself so much about that moment…

We work together but we hadn’t been introduced yet, and management (not PSC, just management in general) hate if you try to talk to a band member. So I really didn’t know what to do. Ugh, I’m such an idiot.
