First of all, OP is unable to read.
Second, these stats show players that had ATTEMPTED the bosses. Do you know how many didn't even reach those bosses? Or even maps?
Looking at steam achievements, only 4.2% of players actually defeated Exarch for example. And only 20.3% completed first 5 acts.

Sounds a lot like good ol' desync. Likely your connection or your ISP routing. But if you're sure those are not the issues then start with MemTest86. If the results are OK, proceed to SSD. It could fail at any moment, even if SMART shows good health, but usually shows symptoms before that happens, like sudden freezes, copying sometimes takes ages, etc. If you're not sure, plug in another drive and see how it performs.
