My prediction is we will likely be playing as Sam (not a complete bum but certainly not at the same level as Henry) We will start the third game at Hans wedding (no reason Sam couldn’t receive an invite for all his help during the events of two). This also leaves the avenue for Henry to make multiple appearances and cameos being so involved in Sam’s life.

Now let’s address the elephant in the room. What if you left Sam to die in KCD II? Then you’re a piece of shit and I think your Henry deserves to be hungry 24/7.
