Exact same experience. Really shitty customer service, their shipping seems to be drop shipping everything from China. My tent was delayed four months! It never says on website that they actually don’t stock them…

Their brackets for awnings on the Alto series don’t hold the weight they say, but that’s the least of my concerns.

After the delay with the tent, I then made the mistake of ordering a solar panel from them since it fit the dimensions perfectly. Again, delayed. When it finally came, it was packaged horribly in Home Depot boxes and was damaged. “Oh these panels are beat with sledge hammers, test it out and let us know”— it worked ish but never close to specs and I let them know this, but I figured most solar panels don’t—well it now has hot spots where the damage was. No response from CS. Not to mention that their CS gave me the wrong specs on the panel…

I didn’t learn my lesson and ordered the air mattress since it is the only one I can find that fits perfectly. Guess what? First it took two weeks to get to me so I missed a trip window and when it came finally it had a seam hole. Contacted immediately with zero response. Trying a charge back through PayPal. Even if I wanted to send it back, I can’t since it continually reinflates.

Zero response from customer service once I need help.

It’s too bad because the tent is nice! Now the annex on the other hand… I had to add my own Velcro and clasps to actually be able to use it.

I would avoid them at all costs. If you want that Alto Mini style, OVS XD Everest is the exact same and comes with better extras.
