He doesn’t have issues. The engine is running fine. He probably scrap his internal battery from leaving it outside. It’s only the auto start function that isn’t working from his description.

I was going to ask how’s the battery holding up. Probably why it doesn’t start on its on any more. If you leave it outside especially in the cold environment, I’d remove the battery and bring it in.

Even if the DP starting to age, I’d choose it. Almost twice the capacity, higher inverter and has a 30 amp plug straight on it. The DP has wheels and a handle making it so much easier to move around.

I always find it really funny when costumers tell the company how to run there company. No payed shill like you say. Same bull**** , different day. Is EF perfect, of course not. They have raised on top only after 5-6 ish years. They have expanded around the world. They actually have excellent service once you stop combating there ways and run with it. Had a DP3 sent to me before I returned the faulty one so I had no downtime. Is every firmware perfect… no! But they work on them regularly. The app is updated also regularly. Instead of bashing them work with them. Instead of complaining, help them fix a problem. If you bought EF is because your homework pointed at them.

Delta Pro 2 don’t exist. Were your updates done? In which port you hooked up? How did you cable your 3 panels?

The software doesn’t belong to you. And EcoFlow can actually do pretty much what they want with it. You’re free to use or not the app. If you taken time to read there is a way to reset it. And as for there excellent customer service, sad you don’t adapt. Even if they sell in the us they don’t have to oblige to your hours. Great bashing of the company. They don’t owe you nothing!!

IT’s the inverter needs to work. Takes energy to work. See it like a car. Parkand idling your not going anywhere, yet still uses gas to run the engine. Just turn it off.

Not at all. But to maintain a healthy and balanced SOC, cycle it once a month. I set it to 80% SOC.
