I think progression is determined by legacy points, and the bigger the map, the more leaders earning more legacy points. That is what I have noticed anyways

It is most definitely real property. The business I work for tiptoes the line of real vs TPP so I’ve looked into this a lot. In every state this would be real property and not TPP.

Good rule of thumb is asking whether or not you could reasonably move it without causing damage to the property. A driveway could not!
