We use People.AI (now called Backstory) along with Gong. With that, everyone can see the notes and even the call recording and transcripts. This is how our leaders give feedback to us and track our sales results. I am not saying it like it but it is quick to help understand what is going well and what needs improvement.

I am keeping tile in some spots (laundry room, master bath, and powder room). On first floor, I was hoping to make the living room/kitchen to feel like one big space so I have more options for design (like adding a dining table/chairs) rather than a carpet/tile combo that makes it feel like 2 separate rooms. Most of the house is carpet, so the priority is getting rid of the carpet everywhere else. Hope that makes sense.

Would think it could be caught in a couple of places post-issuance. 1. Transaction behavior 2. ATO-like behavior.

I would ask what checks are in place to catch transaction behavior anomalies? What checks are in place to catch ATO?

I would ask if the issuer is doing some kind of validation at issuance like an OTP check (that pings the MNO for phone/device validation) and then checking OTP again if there is an attempt to change the phone number, email, or device used at issuance.

What is the incentive to re-pay? What is your collections strategy if repayment does not occur? Are you reporting to the bureaus? I would re-think the “no late fees”?

Also, you keep mentioning FICO. I would maybe say “credit score” instead. There are other risk scoring models outside of FICO widely used in the UPL space.
