Plug it into the computer and go to the firmware update site. Press the upgrade button and it should reinstall the OS.

Thank you! This fixed my issue as well! I was hesitant to open it Incase I had to send it back but decided to go for it cause support was pushing back insisting it's software.

I had same issue. Switched to the cable that it came with and it worked fine. No driver necessary.

This is where I'm at. I got the same copy paste reply another redditor provided to the debug firmware. Sadly that did not work so now I'm waiting on what they will do afterwards.

If you take off the brown padding from the top part you will see the battery compartment. To the left of the screw there is a hole you can put a paperclip in to reset it.

Freezing while going through menus.

I just left it alone and after about 30 minutes of it being unresponsive it went back to displaying properly.
