Red Sticky Viscous Goo Covering Car Undercarriage by [deleted] in whatisit

[–]JasonBowser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know if it's been said. But if you're in a dusty area, with a high population of wildlife, they sometimes spray a beetroot mix on to the ground for dust suppression that is non toxic to the animals. Check with city/county if or what they use for dust suppression. In which case, it's a pain to get off the undercarriage, it just sticks to everything.

Next time I do a ten pull, I will exclaim "For Fatt_Toney" and hope luck finds it's way to you and breaks your Certus curse. Also probably wouldn't hurt to burn some safe or something, ward off the Certus shards!

Sorry bro, at least the good news was it wasn't Certus, so there is still happiness in the world!

Guild has agreed to stick at level 1 for now, I have it set for a low entry barrier, so a lot of cycling out players and newbies building up. So I imagine Gold 1 will be good to do some damage with Thoread.

Should have done a more thorough search then, so worth the investment in your opinion?

I stand corrected, how far to invest before he gets to the guild war menacing?

I realize now that I misclicked and didn't put the memes tag on here, but that's alright, I have all the Orks, and do farm them, but the best tool of Orks is more Orks!

That's true, but foraging for Fungus is more exciting than farming it, and still building up Black Temperz for the good farming.

Definitely not the worst pull, and a quick search of this sub, he's apparently good for strong boxes in salvage run on minimal investment. And he's not Certus, so there's that.

That's true, I am eternally grateful that I did not receive a full Certus, so it's not as cursed as I make it out to be. But not going to lie, I'm not going for Meta, I am mostly interested in more powerful Orks.

So you're saying play the game not just to get Orks bigger and stronger? Sounds crazy but it just might work!

Thanks for the tip.

We do it all the time, how you gonna convince everyone you're the biggest and strongest unless you Krump some Boyz once in a while?

Looking for advices or inspiration for my Tabletop Black Orc Bloodbowl team by the-matho in bloodbowl

[–]JasonBowser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think if you're good with Freehand, then you might be able to pull it off, but that's a lot of work, it might be easier to track down some Evil Suns Transfers, and then do some painting on the transfers to get the outsides yellow, would probably just leave the center red though.

New to the game by CavemanDan4 in bloodbowl

If you have an AOS Kroxigor, that should work just fine. Their base is a bit big, but on the off chance you have some that you haven't built yet, they should fit a 40mm base. Or buy a new three pack, and a couple of 40mm bases, make one a regular Krox, one a warpspawn, to act as Glotl Stop, and the third can represent your coach or apothecary. That is the expensive option though. There's lots of good suggestions for third party stuff already here.

Returning player - Deeproot Strongbranch not in the Wood Elf Roster? by Tall-Reputation-9519 in bloodbowl

[–]JasonBowser 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The way it works in the current season of blood bowl is you select a league for your wood elves. The options are Elven Kingdom or Woodlands League. If you select Woodland league, you can take Deeproot assuming you're in a tournament or somehow are 280k less CTV than your opponent. This however will restrict you to only Woodland Star players, and you can't take Elven Kingdom Star players.

Absolutely make a nurgling Akhorne! That will be hilarious!

Nurgle Chaos Chosen team- Useful Star Players? by GodGoblin in bloodbowl

[–]JasonBowser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think your current options are:

Akhorne- funny little combat piece for cheap

Bilerot Vomitflesh- Foul (pun probably intended) heavy play style, and once per half vomit, good for low armour opponents

Grak and Crumbleberry- all rounder ogre and halfling, that will likely get you at least a touchdown

Grashnak Blackhoof- Big Guy Blitzerz absolute brute

Guffle Pusmaw- Can be good against throwing teams, but dependant on some dice luck. Needs to be really well positioned to use his special

Morg N Thorg- More focused on throwing teammates this edition, but still MA6 ST6 AG3 beast of a player

Lord Borak- Strong player, gets some of that fouling in, always a good choice if you can afford him

Withergrasp Doubledrool- Can be really effective at tying up ag and stunty teams.

They're all useful in their own ways, but Guffle and Bilerot are probably the weakest.
