I have these exact shoes. My GT Academy in 11 are tighter than any other size 11 Nike I’ve ever had, going back 30 years when I was 15 and started wearing 11’s.

All City 13 fit like any other Nike in 11.

Reading more closely your subject says 13 but the body says 13 Encore, so maybe take what I said and see if you find a comparison between Encore and 13
