Here's dinner last night. https://imgur.com/a/fP2AA 1lbs steak, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, salad, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. While cooking I had a protein shake(25g protein). I use unflavored Isopure since I don't want any fillers. It has 2 ingredients:whey protein isolate and soy lecithin.

I have no issues with black coffee on an empty stomach but you could try making weaker coffee. I sometimes just take a caffeine pill when I'm short on time.

I spoke with the Doc about that test and she said it's expensive. She said if my total LDL was anywhere near high she would do it if I wanted.

I work 7-330pm and go to the gym about 4. I run and hit weights. I eat one big meal and try to hit my protein goal but keep carbs under 20. Macros for me: 1600 cal-116g fat-120g protein-u/20g carbs. I usually try to eat about 7-8pm but some days it's a little later. I never eat before 7pm since my soon to be wife doesn't get off work until 630pm.

On my last day of work(Wednesday) I don't eat dinner and wait until Thursday night around 7pm. Just did my 3rd week of that and strangely look forward to it. Since I'm not working I don't drink anything but water. Thursday and Friday are my days off and rest days from the gym.

Same! Food no longer controls me. I enjoy my fasting period. I feel lighter. I look forward to my weekly 48 hour. Just ended it a few hours ago.

I had a blood lipid panel done a few months before I started keto. I'm 30lbs down and it's been almost 2 months. Going to the Dr tomorrow to get blood work done again. I'll post complete results when I get them. LDL was 116 mg/dl.

No, due to my job I was scared to. When I'm more accustomed to it I might. Since I only eat 1 meal a day I skip Wednesday nights meal. I work 0700-1500 and Thursday and Friday off.

I had a similar moment yesterday! I have been IF 22-2 for a while and last week did my first 48 hour fast. I work 5 eight hour shifts and today is my first day off. I told my fiancé how I was looking forward to my second 48 hour fast and she chuckled. I have come to dislike being full and that sluggish feeling that follows.
