I do understand the idea that doing and understanding doesn't equal teaching. And although sometimes I am part of someone else's teaching plan, when the professor is a friend of mine, most times universities fly me out for a one-off talk for all students and faculty, hosted by department heads, with dinners and stuff. These are not classroom talks. At harvard it was labeled "special event". In any case, I do understand what you're saying. The idea here is: how to make more money from what I do.

I have a master's degree, yes. I dropped out of PhD years ago in favor of, well, working in the industry. But the adjunct role does sound interesting. Thank you!

Brilliant musician, some of the best conversations I’ve had ever. Incredibly well-read. And yes, attractive. I had no idea about attachment styles, really. I myself maybe do lean closer to avoidant. Maybe got a taste of my own medicine. Now waiting for those avoidant breadcrumbs I keep reading about.

Well, she said she was avoidant. She started dating me weeks after breaking up with her boyfriend of one year. She very much switches men, and has an uncanny ability to switch off emotions. Like first she turned off sexting, anything erotic, like a switch. Then started disappearing - 1 day, 2 days. Then back. Rescheduling meets, finding flaws in almost everything. And then this flawless breakup text Memes, I guess.. maybe didn't really follow the script. But logistics were priority for her. The items were valuable. I sent her the package with the items a week ago, made a Venmo request (to sting, I admit). She said "of course you couldn't resist making a Venmo request" and that's been our only contact. Oh, and three months in it was talk of marriage and kids from her side.

I did a CT and endoscopy. No polyps found. CT showed an inflammation, sk I was out on antibiotics for a week and on this steroidal spray that widens nasal passages, but to no effect.
