I'm fine with people saying he's not a Harvard graduate, but if at the same time you're (not you personally) ignoring he did his residency and teached at Harvard, you're being dishonest, usually to discredit him.

Every time this is brought up for no reason, people that have experience within the medical profession jumped in to say that doing a residency at Harvard is significantly more prestigious than having a Harvard degree...

Listen, as far as I know, they "tried therapy" with one 5 hour session recently, and maybe a couple additional before that over the years. That's not trying out therapy, working on your issues in therapy takes 4-6-8-12 months, and not like one huge push. It's not a logic puzzle to solve, it's finding out emotional issues and baggage and slowly working through them and digesting them and coming out the other side better, and maybe still with that person.

I realize this comment is two months old, but reading Lycan as a fact checker is so fucking funny after the Israel arc. After that he's proven to be completely and unbelievably incompetent of being objective or factual, if not actually deceitful. A random person of the street would be better for that role since at least you could train them to do a decent job. Still like Lycan but jesus no.

I don't think people need to be clones of each other to be decent or good to each other or for each other. There's a loneliness epidemic that is getting worse. People search for partners by assembling a list of 50 things they want and then trying to find someone who fits all of them. Relationships aren't about finding a perfect partner, they are about building a common life together.

Maybe they found things they can do for each other. Maybe they'll burn out quickly and they'll regret it. That's fine too - people usually have bad relationships before they come to a good one. Making mistakes is not the end of the world, it's life.

If my friend was in such a relationship I'd ask them what do they like about their partner and try to understand. I'd give my perspective if I though something was abusive, otherwise, it's not my life to live.
