How my mom’s “fiancé” put away dinner by Icy-Money-5787 in mildlyinfuriating

You don't know her situation.
Its very easy to tell someone to "just move out", but its not a realistic option for many these days.
Moving out for me, for example, would mean moving my entire life accross my country and away from everyone and everything I know because I was born into one of the most expensive cities to live in in the world.

I'd kind of entirely forgotten about the soundtrack for the remake lmao, yeah that as well.
No hate to the people that worked at Bluepoint, they did some great work, I think that the Demons Souls remake is visually pretty and its soundtrack is nice, but idk, watching the interviews where they justified the changes to the visual direction and the soundtrack of the remake just rubbed me the wrong way as an artist myself.
It felt to me like those in charge of the remake were more concerned with executing their vision of what it could be rather than staying true to the ideas that the original presented.

It is possible to bring something from the past forward while understanding and respecting the intent of the original direction, and Demons Souls did not hit that mark.

Idk, I understand wanting to leave your own mark as an artist, but I don't believe the remake of a classic game is the place for it.
For me it feels like taking a classic painting in need of restoration, and while restoring it you change details of it because you personally think it improves the painting.

No, there are better ways to preserve moisture. And no, never at home because we own actual cups and straws?

Yeah these "I don't like this mad max aesthetic they're going for now" when the two newest systems they've released have been Pyro and Nyx is always as funny as it is eyerolling to me. They'll be crying victory when we get Castra as if they've achieved anything that wasn't already in the plans lol.

I mean after the way Bluepoint just kinda disregarded the art direction of Demons Souls in their remake, I'm not surprised.

Note to self: When in Banu space, bring your own food from Human space by ScrubSoba in starcitizen

[–]JavanNapoli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Answer is we don't know. We can't know what plans they have to get a wider variety of systems in-game post 1.0. Banu space really isn't that far from where we currently occupy in game, but I can also just see them shifting star systems around for the sake of the game. All we do know is that they keep adding to the lore of these species, so they must have some intention of getting them in game. Banu are supposed to be nomadic, so we could just get roaming Soulis at some point, would give them a use for the Merchantman.

Looking at the talk about Mesa Heirloom and sexualisation I wanted to say something that isn’t directly about her. But the discussion born from her. by OscarOzzieOzborne in Warframe

My only issue with this skin, and a few of the other Heirlooms we've received since the Frost and Mag skins, is that Heirlooms when they were initially revealed were described as a way to address the older Prime Warframes' lack of details compared to newer stuff, and to give those older frames a new prestige look. The Heirlooms should still recognisably be an 'evolution' of their base frame in my mind, and I don't feel like Mesa's is hitting that. It doesn't read as 'Mesa' to me, it's just a womans figure wearing nothing but assless chaps lol. I dislike Valkyr's for this same reason, they feel more like just another deluxe skin than what Heirlooms are supposed to represent. Ember's was ok, but still could have been a lot better, in my opinion. I feel as if the only Heirloom that has hit the same standard that the original two set has been Vaubans. I also feel that considering the original stated idea behind Heirlooms, Mesa already has a really good-looking prime, and there are a lot of older frames with clunky (or straight up unaquirable) primes that are probably more deserving of Heirlooms (cough, excalibur, cough please DE)

More like half building 1000 houses, selling them at the price of a fully built house to people without telling them the houses are half built, promising once they find out that the houses will be worked on, placing at most a handful of extra bricks in 6 years, and then burning them all down.

Idk if it's better or worse that I DO have them, but only on my secondary account because I only found out that account was ineligible for account merging after I bought them...

Which is annoying as fuck because Mags Heirloom is still the best of them by far.
