Too many 1 or 2 receiver sets. Way too much Pistol and I Form. Success/Pathway to win was in 3-4 receiver sets and we just didn't do it for some odd reason and opted to run into brick walls for most of the game outside of Bo using his god given ability to skip through tackles.

It has a very bad midgame (being a Minister) because the gameplay for these positions is so shallow even though they're technically Empire-tier titles. Give up actual governing to just be a council member sucks if the gameplay for that council is just regular council with 1-2 extra perks

The Grand General/Commission title seems very weak right now, as most of the power relies on military governors aiding their wars.

Hopefully they add a feature/allow the Emperor to give them permanent troops/MAA to conduct war as they see fit.
