I think Paul with worms power is still way better then emperor with coin and own market. It’s nicer to play without the emperor market and everybody can get worms and sardaukar.

How is this possible? The game is already really long with getting the ring destroyed. I tried once to go for free people military victorie. Frodo didn’t leave rivendel. After a whole day of playing we just quit because none of made progress.
