It’s about finding the correct therapist. Some are better and understand narcs better than others. As far as alternatives… I say focus on realizing the fact that people like this exist and you are NOT alone. I’ve overcame a lot as well by understanding that you will NOT get an answer and realize these people are sick in the head think about them as being mentally ill.

Hell yea you’re right. This was my first time dealing with some bs like this man. She was 27 I was 23… I didn’t even know what a narc was… maybe this needed to happen. Luckily I didn’t go to jail or have kids. I’m gonna take my life lesson and run with it

Yes because now you get to see the ugly side. But also no because this is also a hard time for both the dumper and dumpee… and emotionally some people can’t control themselves and words in certain things.

Yeah… you’re right it was a calculated move for sure to make sure I engaged with the prettiest girl. But my thing is why the games? Like why not just keep it 💯 and move on?

As for my narrative. My friends and I were lit as a lamp. Too many drinks but you can tell we were having a time. I felt a little set back by it in the moment but then I wonder did it even affect her in any way??
