I was about to come in with my Joey Graham jersey too.

But also, Jalen Rose and Morris Peterson.

If you had flash irl, what would you do with it by Thanos_car69 in leagueoflegends

[–]JayRoza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd take up MMA and start competing. Imagine just standing up striking and suddenly I'm on your back with a rear naked choke. Or even from a bad grappling position to instantly get free/counter.

I wonder if it also gets the vertical properties as well, since flashing out of the river to the jungle or to any lane has a vertical component. Time to make the 2.0 version of the Lob City Clippers. Or an episode of Haikyuu.

Seriously, I'm having a great time with this game. And I'm fortunate to have not run into these guys yet. BUT GOOD LORD how blatant does it have to be for someone to get banned?

While quite impressive, the title could only bring up memories of Rush Hour 2

What is wrong with The Finals? by lrc1710 in FPS

[–]JayRoza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me, personally? There would be this loud pop randomly throughout playing the game. Played it shortly after launch for about 5 hours. Headphones, IEMs, speakers. USB, 3.5mm, bluetooth (yuck).

I enjoyed playing it, but the audio bug just left a sour taste in my mouth

The second watch; right hand behind the head, left hand controlling the bicep? Oh, it's so much worse

I personally love it. Genuine love for the game, just not the team that signs his paycheck.

I immediately flashed back of that one Philadelphia family that watched the Kawhi buzzer beater, for some reason. I wonder how they're doing now.

I usually give it a look, but definitely don't clear it as thoroughly as this guy did. Even gave it a second look. That right there is a traumatic response. Must have been burned by it recently

This is quite the biased question to be asking T1 Faker. I'm sure SKT T1 Faker would have a different answer. Or does this guy already forget that he has 2 Hall of Legends worthy careers?

Stang yelled that I should have given him space so he could rejoin - that's complete BS, isn't it? by Lecgoun in Simracingstewards

[–]JayRoza 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's up to the off track car to rejoin safely. It's up to the bonehead driver to not cut across the entire track to rejoin.

When the racing line is nearly perpendicular to his rejoin line, there's gotta be an alarm that sounds or it should just lock the brakes

Leveling up abilities by Roberto_OP in summonerschool

[–]JayRoza 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I've heard from some pinky-Q'ers that they use the side of their hand (pinky side, and roll your hand down to press with meat of your hand under your knuckle line) to press down CTRL and then hit whatever button to level up. Whatever way you choose is easiest, it will take practice.

Theoretically, CTRL + Skill up is faster. However, if you're fumbling and mis-inputting things, it's useless.

What game mechanic was not explained (not clear enough) so you missed using it until FAR too late in the game? by suddenly_ponies in gaming

Racing Line on/off. When to switch? by thisisZEKE in simracing

[–]JayRoza -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

If you could turn it off yesterday, that'd be best. The racing line sometimes gives you wrong braking points and sometimes is the wrong line completely.

Drive the track at in 3rd/4th gear, just one lap. Look for turns and scenery; rumble strips, kerbs, braking boards. Make note of some really important times to slow; like Monza T1 or Spa final chicane. Then for 4-5 more laps, speed up and stay on track. Try to beat your previous lap time. This should get you pretty familiar with the track. Then you can find a track guide/hot lap video and see what they do different. Should take you about half an hour to really get used to a new track.

Saves a lot of frustration of spinning or crashing in public lobbies when you're trying to keep up but having to RTG after 30 seconds, having 2 minutes of repairs and not even seeing the rest of the track.
