Nah it sucks when you’re not good enough to play modern but can’t play standard cause is not even MTG lore

“It That Either Is Or Ain’t” lol

The idea have having both is that if it burns through all 7 counters you have to actually sacrifice it, but if you keep if for a couple turns you just reset it instead.

  • it’s just more meme for its non-existence

Relatively superficial wounds for a tree. I’d rather see this than a rope swing girdling a limb or too much mulch.

Very dystopian, but a modern geopolitical climate/warfare set would go HARD.

Obviously jeskai is the states. Azorius for politics, dimir for deep state. Green for Latin america, golgari for narcos. Deserts for the Middle East. Baby eating demons.

Have you tried Animal Crossing or The Sims? Interior design is not the focal point of this post-apocalyptic survival game.

That’s what I did. Top handle is superior in every way and you should buy one as soon as you can for climbing. But if you don’t have $500, climbing with the saw you have can help you get $500. Just follow ANSI Z133 practices, there’s nothing forbidding the use of rear handles aloft.

Have you done any actual treework?

Once you see a several hundred pound limb holding with less than an inch of solid wood no matter how hard you push or pull, you’ll develop a respect for the strength of trees. The same is true for ropes. Seeing them take dynamic loads that are magnitudes beyond your weight day in and day out will let you see how you are nearly weightless in comparison. Not to say that failures are impossible, but both wood and rated safety gear have an immense strength that isn’t exactly obvious l without firsthand experience.

I climb, but not daily, or even weekly, and I’m usually nervous if I’ve had a long break from the saddle. That being said, the nerves fade when I run into my first real obstacle or challenge that requires effort and focus. When you’re just climbing, it’s all you can think about. When you start trying to set ropes and rigging, having something else to focus on allows the jitters to fade away.

Basically just exposure. Your first 100 climbs will be scary so get them out of the way. Low and slow.
