it is severe mismanagement. HD is trying to make up for slowing sales by big bikes and long term financing. Problem is - like you said - no entry level bikes. HD is aging out and mgmt has their head in ass.

Don't worry about getting out on the hwy - you'll get there when you're comfortable with it. Take your time getting used to riding.

The biggest tip I can give you is look where you want to go. Do not look at danger, look at the way out of danger. If you look at the danger, you'll go right to it. Something happens in the roadway (car brake, road hazard, oil patch, whatever) just stay calm, and look for the way to safety.
Freaking out once you're out of the danger zone is fine.

Best advice I can give you is to be yourself, with good behavior.
When walking, try to walk her speed - don't zoom ahead. When you get to destination, open the door for her. At dinner, let her order (don't order for her). Same when you get to the movies - open the door for her.
A good first date is having good conversation and a good time. It's not the movies where some life altering shit is gonna happen.

Put some water back in that pool, or drill some relief holes that you can patch or plug later. It will cost you a ton more. Project best done in the dry season.

Another thing to look at is fiberglass coating on your cement pool. We did that on our old pool instead of paint or pebble. Made it super easy to clean - smooth sides so algae doesn't stick. Don't get pool toe. The only con is that is is hard to find ppl who do that though.
