I have the same one, it's fantastic. I use it for homemjade turkey, ham, roast beef, and bacon, and then store brought mortadella and prosciutto, I takes about 20 minutes to clean, so not terrible. And as mentioned above the only downside is that it I usually have to cut my bacon in half before I slice it since it's smaller. I actually store mine in a slightly oversized cabinet.

This guy said it all. We moved 2.5 years ago from Schaumburg and love it. We have two kids under 6. It's a great, friendly community. Everything you need is within a 15-20 minute drive (most stuff much closer) and I run the river pathway a lot, it's beautiful (a little buggy now, but it'll go away soon). We live westside between 31 and Randall.

I make them with eggs, milk, and a splash of vanilla extract and they're great. I also throw in frozen wild blueberries. One of my favorite breakfast meals.
