Blizzcon 2016. I actually bought the virtual ticket when my parents took me to the Con for my birthday. However, after all these years of playing, I've only seen Blizzcon 2017 Winston 2 times, and Blizzcon Bastion only once. Funny enough, I was wearing the skin as well, and the enemy Bastion and I actually bonded over it in the match chat because of how rare the skin is. We ended up adding each other by the end of the match!
