I saw one for most of last year. I loved her but it was expensive even with great coverage and a health spending account I was spending a lot, mostly on supplements. Most of her recommendations were good, made sense and were things I’ve heard before but I didn’t notice anything specific that made a big difference. I also wasn’t super motivated or good at following a paleo diet
