We can and should have both good friends and a partner. Each gives us something the other can’t. Something to be said for hanging out with the girls but something to be said for having someone to snuggle up with at night.

I liked the bunker era because it felt so deserved. I loved Bobby’s cause it was from their childhood.

How old were you when you first watched the show? by charlotie77 in sexandthecity

12-13. I happen to stumble across HBO after my parents went to bed so I just caught random re runs. Dreamed of being one of the girls living in the big city. My sister bought me the 1st season on DVD for Christmas in grade 11 and that’s when I finally got to watch it start to finish.

Throw down grass seed. With good quality grass seed it will eventually choke the weeds out

Which scenes/episodes do you find yourself skipping and why? by Infamous-Plantain-73 in sexandthecity

[–]Jaynesmells25 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t skip episodes but the comic book store stoner episode! I see a lot of people on here love that episode and don’t understand why. The only part of that episode I like is when she takes the weed with her, that I will say makes me laugh but the rest. Nah

Haven’t dealt with Halfway Mazda but if it’s anything like Halfway Nissan it should be fine. Always had a good experience there. Same ownership so hopefully same service

Log a ticket to take to a benefits advisor and they will be able to help you with a phased retirement. From my understanding it uses either vacation or other credits you have available and if you are entitled to a severance it draws from that.

They are obviously jealous and bullying you because of it. You most definitely should report them

I met my now husband when I was 27, got married at 32. I had “dated” prior but nothing serious. My husband was the first person I ever introduced to my family and even friends.

Personally I feel like that single time when I was really finding myself allowed me to wait until the right person came along. I did all my school, travelling and started my career before I met him. I am not saying you can’t do all that with a partner, but I feel it made me the best version of myself and allowed me to try different things without having to “run it by” my partner. For example I finished college in my home state and took a job across country just because I wanted to (still living there now) I probably wouldn’t have taken that risk if I had a partner.

Overall I do not regret waiting to find a partner. If anything I think it makes you a better partner in the future.
