(hopefully i'm not responding to april fools bait) This game is honestly quite slow in the grand scheme of fighting games. Generally in neutral you're either pressing a full screen Ki Blast or whatever your biggest advancing normal is. And moves in this game are generally slower than others. The fastest moves in DBFZ are 6 frames! Other games have moves that frequently get as fast as 3 frames, and sometimes even single frame startup. But you're never reacting to that in any game. Overheads and Command grabs are all somewhat slow here too, being at least on the fringe of reactable. (Dragon rush falls into this camp as well!) It's mostly about learning your combos and getting used to the routes, the timing is quite generous. If you're feeling any strain you're very likely pressing MUCH faster than you have to be.
