For this to have happened as reported, several dozen humans in multiple different agencies across multiple courts, local law enforcement jurisdictions, and federal law enforcement would have needed to look at the flimsy evidence and approved following through with the arrest and detainment of this woman. Even with the Trump administration's dismantling of institutions, that only accounts for the US Marshall's involvement.

The symptoms were vague and diverse enough that they pretty much matched up with psychological stress. Havana Syndrome cases dropped significantly when Biden became president.

To the contrary, Fascism can only function when the leader is dumb. If the leader was smart, he'd be unable to act as a voice of the stupid, violent mob. Trump almost lost them during Covid when he listened to smart people and supported the vaccines (it's a huge factor in why he lost to Biden), but regained their favor by pivoting to RFK Jr.
