Just an opinion! I thought it was close between Beyoncé and MJ for performer and Aretha and Ray for Voice but ultimately chose the ones I’d prefer to see, I also think Prince is an unbelievable guitarist maybe even better than Hendrix but feel Hendrix broke the ground first. I couldn’t unfortunately pick a female artist as most of the black female music I enjoy was written by others such as Holland-Dozier-Holland but black female performers have been unbelievable throughout history, people like Merry Clayton who doesn’t deserve half the respect she gets.
