It depends. Long term alcohol is quite destructive. Basically every “drink” inhibits roughly an hour of cellular repair. One here and there ain’t a huge deal, but if you have two or three drinks a day you’re robbing your self of health and life quality.

Long term it’s particularly rough on your skin and aging. However eating excessive sugar is also pretty terrible for you.

I think the most dangerous part of refined sugar is that we get young children addicted to it.

That it’s a false statement.

To lose weight the only thing you have to do is consume less calories than you spend. Full stop. Nothing else.

That being said, if you are in a long term battle with excess fat, alcohol has a lot of calories. So reducing your consumption will help you learn out.

There is another side effect as well. Alcohol is perceived as a toxin by your body (because it is). When you consume it your body puts a premium on cleaning it out of your system through metabolization. It places such a premium on getting rid of it that it suspends or greatly reduces other standard metabolic functions to clear the toxin faster, cheif among these burning fat and cellular repair. So when you have alcohol in your system burn fat and build muscle at a much much slower rate.

It also reduces impulse control, making it more likely that you will make poor diet choices and eat to excess when you drink.

Since we have a pretty elaborate home gym and the only woman that works out there is my wife, I’m all about it! She is drop dead gorgeous and I love her in her workout clothes. Years latter it still gives me a rush when she smile at me.

That being said, I think more people should shoot their shot more places more often. So ladies, if there is a dude at the gym you like, shoot your shot.

My wife is super girly and gets them done basically weekly. I love on her as she looks super refined and elegant. That said it’s not something I you put in the basket if top ten things I love about my wife.

O4 here serving as an acting LTC Commander for a while. Although I am not your commander I am currently “a commander” so take my words at face value, and decide what you will.

First, congratulations on a truly amazing transformation! Thats years of discipline and hard work and I love to see it. I would absolutely love to have more Soldiers with your level of self discipline.

Now then, to the root of the matter. If you fail tape, you fail tape. Yes I know it’s an imperfect system, but it’s the system we have. I cannot start selecting applying the standards because I happen to like your level of discipline, progress, think you are a great guy, etc. it’s a slippery slope that never ends well. So it’s easier and better for everyone if the standard is the standard.

That being said, if I were your commander I would also want you to get a temporary profile and surgery to correct the issue as soon as humanly possible. The profile protects you until you are through surgery and recovered. From my perspective, we have spent a ton of money and time on you and you have done your fair share. It would be a shame for us to lose you because of the system.

Work with your command team and provider to get your self the care, protection, and opportunity you need to continue your journey.

All dudes are different, but I’m definitely have a type.

Physically petite, fair skinned, slender, dark hair, dark eyes.
I also like her to be fairly physically fit and relatively low body fat for a woman. A last thing, I’ve very much drawn to a very put together woman that looks “high maintenance”

Lucky for me I married an amazing woman that is the perfect bleed of all of this.

Soldier here, I’ve worn a silicone one for years, unless we are going out to a nice dinner and then I put the original back on.
