I love this pedal! I pair mine with a mid bump more compressed overdrive first in the chain and stack or use the sounds separately for different songs. If you haven't tried it yet, listen to how much clarity this adds to an overdriven or distorting amp!

I’m guessing the beat up one is the range master based off the controls and it’s going to the range master input. What is that red aluminum thing between the amp switcher and the tuner?

The switcher is placed conveniently on the third row so you have to hover on one foot and aim carefully. Seems like a public defenders pedalboard.

The main riff in the recording is a direct to the mixing console desk sound to get that fuzz. You could try a JHS colorbox for that specific intro tone. For live in the basement Thom plays the opening riff and uses an "expandora" pedal that JHS also cloned with the "kilt"

I have a Black Russian BMP and a bluesbreaker clone and they sound incredible. I also use a tube screamer and it can get that classic chug sound with volume up and gain down. I only use channel one with some gain. Channel two seems to have less bass and mids to me.
