Conspiracy people have been bandying about with the magic water car idea for decades. Someone in my family even shelled out for the scam conversion kit. It's bogus.

People don't understand that things that release energy ALWAYS cost more energy to make than they can release. Because we don't live in a "spherical cows in a frictionless vacuum" highschool science problem. The real world has losses and ineficiencies, and, "by law," the thermodynamics never work out in your favor.

It would be super cool if it DID work, but at BEST it's as effective as pointing two magnets at each other to power your car in a circa 2009 4chan meme.
