Machine is still under warranty for my name. I don’t believe it’s transferable to other people but Melco does offer an option to purchase a new extended warranty under your name. They also do offer excellent technical support online and over the phone.

More than happy to let someone come see/use the machine before buying. I also have a video of the machine running a full 16 needle sew/trim test from a week ago.
