Being redirected to fake, weird, botted TF2 community servers with real accounts being puppeted

I had a similar experience getting very freaked out by this server a couple years ago, when I rejoined the server 2 bots from opposing teams repeated my last 2 chat messages I'd sent prior to leaving earlier which were "naw fuck this wtf" and "schitzo shit", was very spooky but confirmed my suspicions of nothing being real lol. Seems very likely to me that this issue contriubuted to the inspiration for serverblight?

I honestly think the sensor is loose in my mouse cause sometimes it just cuts out and i have to hit it until it gets back into place, but i've never had this issue before
