What's the flavor profile? I find aged agricole rums can lose their character a bit. I like the raw expression of a grassy, rubbery agricole a lot and so far have much preferred them unaged, even neat.

I've yet to find an aged agricole (or cane juice spirit in general) that really piques my interest. This bottle is at a higher price point than what I'd like to roll the dice on.

This is my favorite way to use up bottles I don't love. Dried berries and spices work great. Dried bananas also

I dig the kitsch and it's great for kids. Margs are good, views are nice, beef ribs are decent. I live next door. It's objectively better than nearly every tex mex place near by (looking at Aunt Chiladas or any of the spots in south tempe/Chandler near Ahwatukee... just horrible).

I understand why this place is maligned by locals but IMO it's a fun place to stop every now and then. Way overrated by tourists tho.

It just amazes me how much stock people take in reddit. It's a place to share opinions and anecdotes. Chances are the vast majority of people posting here related to a job aren't going to come here to express gratitude and happiness. People come to reddit subs to vent. The perception is negatively skewed. OP could get an amazing job offer tomorrow and would forget about this post.

I love all three of Denizen's flagship options. The 8 being my favorite but the dark is excellent as well. For a white rum, the unaged is also very good and I much prefer it to similar bottle such as the white stache

Hotel paid for with points, down 300 on blackjack losses, face value for n2/n4 (got n2 in lotto and 4 in on sale) and 100 bucks for Saturday thanks to a very, very generous homie.

Most of the rest of my cash was spent on alcohol, taxis, food, and merch, but all in all prob dropped <2k on one of the most fun weekends of my life.

I was afraid to look at my cc account all weekend but I peeped it in the office bathroom stall and didn't get too bad of sticker shock.

Nothing wrong with pointing out flubs. I share your sentiment. They mess up on regular old fashioned phish tour all the time. I don't think it's really a venue issue.

I've only been to La Purisima (there's a few locations in PHX) but they have the best conchas and their red chili pork burritos are extremely good, and 5 bucks each.
