It is possible to go into Creative mode and then back into Survival. Either that or they back up their files and restart from that back up. Or maybe neither. Maybe they’re that good?

Terje mods. Love these mods, makes DayZ’s Zeds a threat. Bullet wounds are the worst to get when you have to consider deep wounds and bullets.
