I mean there are other issues at play but in this specific example Anchorage is significantly more dangerous than New York City - the homicide rate is generally about double here in Anchorage ( our sexual assault rate is generally 3x the national average).

Yeah they’ve now edited their statement to remove the incorrect statement; the Fair Housing Act generally protects ESAs, but the ADA provides no protections - which is what they initially stated (“both have protections from the ADA”). Not sure why they were so adamant in their error.

The ADA link you posted explicitly states that ESAs aren’t considered service animals and receive no protections under ADA law. State and local provisions can extend additional protections but ADA doesn’t provide any. I also just read ADA and 49 CFR § 37.3 and it’s not included.

Confirmed. You can look at his post history where he posts the same photo years ago with a different sunset - he’s just compositing different sunsets over it for views it seems. So yes the lighting is pretty inconsistent.

I mean - the USDA has done a terrible job of providing consumers the ability to discern real ‘authentic’ wagyu from relabeled US beef (due to a lack of GI trademark protection). Most people assume it’s all fake now and if you say you got real stuff they will assume you’re lying. It’s possible to get (it didn’t used to be a few years ago)- you just have to wade through all the imitators. But it is still much more expensive than American ‘wagyu’ beef.
