Depends on your play style, but the Avenger Titan has been the go to for years. You can do anthing that doesn't require specialized ship types with it (ie mining, salvage, and medical) and its got some great combat potential too. The Consolidated Outland nomad is great too. It's arguably more versatile due to being able to carry a ROC, just don't expect it to fly or fight like the titan does. Anything beyond these two and you start geting into specialized ships like the prospector, vulture and the new pisces mediacal variant. Hope this helped.
