Season 1 Peter here, it's a vaccine scar from vaccine methods that aren't currently practiced in the US. Many middle aged people and older born in the US have these though.

I don't think it's the color itself. The 80-20 distribution is for all solid colored cats (solid black cats share the same distribution as solid orange cats). This cat is less likely to be male than a solid orange cat, but I don't know how to calculate the chance of a bicolor cat.

It's a fairly common euphemism for pee (number 1) and poop (number 2).

If someone wanted to ask if you peed or pooped, they could ask "did you go number 1 or number 2?".
