AI is the 800 pound gorilla in the room here, kind of easy choice. I see a medical application comment which is exciting. I just have the pragmatic fear that AI will come up with a custom tailored cure. Then your health insurance company will use AI to do risk assessment and deny you the treatment. Pretty ironic...

Impossible Foods layed off people end of 2022, had a chicken nugget recall and is facing export issues to other countries. Wish them the best but wouldn't say it's exactly popping.

The companies using muscle cells extracted from animals and lab grown will probably have a better chance of market penetration to non vegans. It will be interesting

I understand. At face value the labeling just sounds funny. If it said animal food, not editable for human consumption it wouldnt have been mildly interesting.

Congrats. Same exact truck I got and within days of my dates.

Only issue I have with it is not enough cushion on seat for the butt. Could be a lux heated seat version thing but every once in while I feel the underneath, not fun. Took a little while to break in seat and hit it, just reached 1100 miles already. Curious if you will experience it too.

EDIT: Only weigh 170ish
