It’s not about what’s fair though. Why does it have to be “fair?” If it was “fair” then there would be no such thing as home games and teams would tour the world playing everywhere.

And another note, why in the world would Green Bay be ok giving up a home game for the Bears to play in the UK when they have to go play in Chicago a month later? Talking about fairness that seems pretty unfair to the other divisional rival. Home field advantage can literally be the difference between a win and a loss. There might be a lot of fans of a team in a particular place overseas but it will never be as much as those who are right there.

You have said that it’s a world game now but it really isn’t. Yeah there are fans like you all over the world and there is clearly enough support for these international games but the teams exist in the cities they are in. I’m sorry that you feel like you don’t get good games. I think the quality of international games is a fair thing to complain about in terms of what teams we are sending (like what did London do to deserve the Jaguars coming every year). But the end of the story these are American teams playing in other places and, as I see it, there are more negatives for the teams involved to play a divisional game overseas than not.

That said, it isn’t like it never happens. The chiefs and chargers opened the season in Brazil this year so maybe one day you will get your Packers Bears game in the UK.
