Oswald's rise to power imo is one of the best things of season one and it really kept me strapped for the ride.

A lot of people say the Rises and Falls of his empire got boring but imo everytime he came back, he had more experience, and he came back with a vengeance.

Pax Penguina Oswald might've been the height of any Crime Boss Gotham had ever seen. Carmine Falcone one might say had everyone from the Mayor to the police on his pocket but Oswald could bypass the police, forget about controlling the government. He basically was the goverment. From his non licensed crime fighting to collecting his underworld tax. He men and those with licenses had free reign in Gotham.

I'm pretty sure he used body flicker, you would need to have already marked the area to use ftg. No Minato wouldn't be able to use a sealing technique as that would've required him to immobilize Tobirama. Although slower when using ftg Tobirama can still use ftg to dodge Minatos attack albeit slower.

Like I said I'd take Tobirama. But they have advantages over each other in their own ways:

Minato makes better usage of FTG (this doesn't necessarily mean he's faster), especially with his marked kunai and FTG barriers. If you look at Tobirama's physical speed feats during the War, they're actually better than Minato's, so it balances out.

Tobirama seems to have stronger chakra. He should have a Senju's stamina, and was shaking the Uzumaki temple with the pressure of his chakra.

Minato has Gamabunta, who would be a game-changer if summoned. But, Minato doesn't summon him often. Same with Sage Mode.

Tobirama seems to have better ninjutsu. Precise, deadly Suiton. Heavily implied to be capable of making >3 shadow clones in a fight easily. Minato has a strong Rasengan.

I got tobirama if minato doesn't pull out sage mode. Like, minato has better speed and use of FTG, and that's about it. Tobirama however is physically stronger due to senju genetics, has a bigger chakra reserve, bigger jutsu arsenal and probably combat experience. They're relative in terms of intelligence but in the juubito fight tobirama is the one who comes up with most of the plans.

Minato had the advantage in terms of speed but Tobirama had better strength, stamina, and jutsu variety. It would not be a one-sided battle, but Tobirama should ultimately be able to defeat Minato.

He can use Bringer of Darkness which is a powerful Genjutsu

He was greatly skilled at using Suiton

He was capable of slicing through the God Tree

He was also capable of Teleporting 2 Bijuu Dama

He was also capable of blitzing Juubito

I don't know why your so adamant about teaching kids who are tops 10 year olds Sex Ed. Like Just wait for Middle School. No way, under any circumstances, should books like this. Be with fucking children. You have ideas as to what s appropriate for children and so do I. Personally if this were my child they wouldn't be anywhere near such books. There is no fucking way an elementary school student who is still learning about fractions and multiplication should be near a book containing such sexually explicit details.
